Balloon information
Helium balloons. The bouquets, heart bunches, message sets, baby sets and three-balloon sets are helium filled, so the balloons float on their ribbons. Helium balloons typically last around 1–2 days when kept indoors in a cool, air-conditioned space. Float time can vary depending on balloon material, temperature, sunlight, weather, handling and surrounding conditions. For this reason, float time cannot be guaranteed.
Air-filled décor. Balloon arches, garlands and décor arrangements are air-filled rather than helium-filled. They are designed for party styling, entrances, celebration spaces and photo backdrops.
Balloon care
Keep balloons indoors in a cool, air-conditioned space and away from direct sunlight. Avoid hot lights, ceiling fans, sharp surfaces and parked cars. Outdoor heat and sunlight can reduce balloon life.
Cold air from a car or strong air conditioning can make balloons look smaller temporarily. Allow them to return to normal room temperature and they should usually return to their usual shape.
